Youth Worker

25 hours p/w

Salary AP3 pt. 23 (£21,457)

You will be providing direct support to young carers, identifying support needs and responding to them as appropriate.  The ability to manage a caseload and assist in the planning, development and delivery of activities for young people is vital.  You will be required to undertake evening and occasional weekend work.  Experience in a youth work setting is essential.

The closing date is noon on 4 September 2017

Trainee Finance & Resources Assistant

25 hours per week

12 month post – Funded through Community Job Scotland
Salary (£/hr) :    £5.60 – £7.50

We currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Finance & Resources Assistant within the Centre. The successful applicant will be required to provide the following services:

1. Assist in the administration of the Centre’s petty cash and banking systems
2. Assist in preparation of letters to a wide range of Centre service users
3. Assist in weekly payroll processing for up to 80 clients including timesheet coordination
4. Assist with the Centre’s sales and purchase ledger functions
5. Undertake appropriate training and self development under the supervision of line manager
6. Assist with any other Centre administrative or support functions as required.
