Young Carer Interview

We interviewed a 14 year old Young Carer from Coldside and asked them what it is was like being a carer in their community.

What do you like about living in this locality?
Its good I live beside a park.

What does it feel like living here?
It like living here its good.

Where do carers find their support?
Through the carers centre is where carers can find and get support.

What support is most valuable to you?
I value most the support from mum and step-dad.

Keep Well Team, NHS Tayside, is a service offering FREE Health & Wellbeing Health checks to carers aged 18+

East End

Our Locality Workers

Kev and Christina are the locality workers in the East End and they have built on key partnerships with local organisations and schools. This has allowed them to provide support groups, information to help identify and sign post carers and their families to support that is available in the community.
