Carers Decide Programme – Independent Living Transition Fund

Unpaid carers are invited to a talk about the Independent Living Transition Fund open to disabled people aged 16-25 years.

The meeting opens at 1.15 pm, please be in the meeting before 1.30 pm as you may not be admitted after this time.
