Mental Health Awareness Week 2025: Celebrating the Power of Community

We are excited to announce that this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from 12-18th May 2025, and the theme is “Community”.
This week is dedicated to celebrating the incredible impact that communities have on our mental health and wellbeing. Whether it’s through family, friends, neighbours, or local organisations, being part of a community provides a sense of belonging, support, and connection.
