Phased return of Happy Feet Walking Group!

As lockdown is easing the Dundee Carers Centre staff are looking to slowly reinstate groups that we used to run pre-lockdown.

During Green Health Week and inspired by the “Nature” theme of Mental Health Awareness week we decided to try a phased return to the Happy Feet Walking group.

A group of selected carers was invited along for a walk around the scenic Barnhill Rock Garden. The weather was a bit wet, to begin with, but was kind towards the end! 🌧️ 😎

It was great being able to go out after the lockdown to meet other carers and visit places I haven’t been to for a while.

This was a closed group on this occasion, but we are hoping, as restrictions continue to ease – that we will be able to open the group up to other carers.
