Try Our Green Health Week Challenge!
Dundee’s Green Health Prescription offers a great opportunity to make the most out of Dundee‘s nature-based activities in greenspaces throughout the city including the parks and gardens as a health-promoting resource.
The Green Health Prescription, can work as an alternative, or complement to, traditional medicine to help people to feel better and encourage them to make healthier lifestyle choices, with long-term health benefits. The Dundee Carers Centre is excited to be part of this innovative community work and is proud to be a member of the network of partners who support raising awareness of this great work in our community through The Green Health Partnership.
To raise awareness of this work and encourage more people to engage as we open up after the COVID-19 pandemic, the partnership has come together to create a series of activities and events online and in our green spaces for Green Health Week.
The event takes place from 8th -16th of May with a whole series of opportunities for you to learn more, or benefit yourself and enjoy the outdoors! All are safely planned to take place across the city.
