Job Description

Hours:  36.25 per week

Salary:  £30,981- £33,711

This is an exciting new opportunity to join Dundee Carers Centre supporting the Team Manager to provide leadership and support to the Self-directed Support Team.  The SDS Team provides advice and guidance to disabled people and carers across Dundee & Angus who are going through the SDS process, empowering them to have genuine choice and control over the way in which they lead their lives and in the purchase of their own care.

Funding:  This is a permanent post with funding secured to March 2023 through Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership & Angus Health & Social Care Partnership with a commitment from the organisation to secure funding beyond this.
