‘Rest, Relax, Recharge’  Carers Wellbeing Day 

Expression of Interest Now Open!! 

  • Date:  Wednesday 4th March 2026 
  • Location:  Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa, 1 West Victoria Dock, Road, DD1 3JP 
  • Time:  10am – 3pm 

Cost:  To help cover the cost of this event, we kindly ask for a small contribution of £5 per attendee 

We invite all unpaid carers to join us for a special Carers Wellbeing Day! 

Take time to rest, relax and recharge. Carers can enjoy a variety of complementary therapies, wellbeing workshops, and arts & crafts.  Lunch will be provided.
