Take Part in our Cyclathon Because We Care Campaign

On 24th October at 12-3pm Dundee Carers Centre is hosting a Cyclathon at the Overgate Centre as part of our ongoing Because We Care Campaign.

Using stationary bikes kindly donated by PureGym Dundee, we are aiming to cycle 83.3 miles. (The distance from – Dundee – Monifieth – Carnoustie – Arbroath – Montrose – Brechin – Kirriemuir – Forfar and back to Dundee)

We are calling all keen and novice cyclists to take on the challenge. You could do as little as 2.5miles or challenge yourself and do 5-10miles, the choice is yours.

Kiltwalk 2024

On 11 August a brave band of walkers made up of staff and local carers participated in the Kiltwalk 2024 Wee Wander and Mighty Stride.

We are still waiting on the official total but so far approx £2500 has been raised

Well done and thank you to everyone who chose to support Dundee Carers Centre at this year’s Dundee Kiltwalk by completing either the Wee Wander or Mighty Stride. We are incredibly grateful for all the kind and generous donations that have been made by those sponsoring our walkers. All donations received will help us continue our work to improve the lives of unpaid carers of all ages, disabled people, and their families in Dundee.
