Mental Health Awareness Week Campaign: Embracing Movement for Wellbeing

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Mental Health Awareness Week campaign, running from May 13th to May 19th.

This year, our focus is on the theme of “Movement: Moving more for our mental health,” highlighting the impact physical activity can have on our wellbeing.

Here’s a peek into what we have planned:

Walk and Talk Event

On Tuesday, May 14th, join Dundee Carers Centre staff at C-Gate Centre, Seagate, at 10 am as we go on walk along the Riverside.

Afterwards, return to the centre for light refreshments, and open discussions about mental health services in Dundee, self-care practices, and potential future workshops.

To book your place contact your link worker or call the centre on 01382 200422
