The Privacy Notice below is for all people who use Online Forms (provided through Microsoft Forms) on our website:
Online Forms (Microsoft Forms)
The Microsoft Forms on our websites record the following personal data:
- ID Number
- Name / Preferred Name
- Telephone Number
- Email address
This data is available to you to view and print when you complete the relevant form. If you have entered an email address, a copy is emailed to you as well.
We have a legitimate interest to process this data. We will only use the data provided to us to respond to your enquiry. Data provided through the form will be used to create a record on our central database if you choose to access our services/opportunities.
The data sent to us is through Microsoft Forms and its servers are based within the European Union. This data is transferred between the UK and EU in line with the initial adequacy agreement reached between the UK and EU.

In Microsoft Forms, personal data is held for a period of one year and is then converted into unidentifiable data for monitoring and reporting purposes. If you choose to access our services/opportunities, data is held in accordance with our data protection policy.
Data is only shared as necessary to respond to your enquiry or where disclosure is required/permitted by law. If you do not wish your data to be used in this way, do not use this form.
